Gratitude Lists
We all have bad days where we struggle to see anything other than the negative things that are in our lives. Unfortunately this type of thoughts tend to be cumulative and end up being a self fulfilling prophecy, if you think how bad your day or life is then all you will see around you is the negative and not the positive.
A great way to overcome these negative feelings and thoughts is to create your very own gratitude list. Get yourself a small notebook and dedicate it to writing in things that you are grateful for. Your gratitude list can contain anything, from the smallest to the largest things that you are thankful for. You may have your family to be thankful; for – a considerably large gratitude item, or it can be as simple as being grateful that the sun is out and shining that day. Try to write something in your book everyday whether large or small and carry it around with you to add in extra items as they occur to you. Then, the next time that you are feeling a bit low, take out your list and take a moment to read through it and appreciate all the wonderful people and things that are part of your life!

Resveratrol – the anti-aging discovery
There is nothing like the “French Paradox” to get everyone up in arms. The fact is that French people in general live on a high saturated fat diet, but the death rate from coronary heart disease is relatively low. This has been attributed to their consumption of red wine, for as we all know, the French do like their wine.
Red Wine contains resvesterol which is a substance contained in the skin of the grapes. The reason red wine has resvesterol and white wine does not is due to the fact that it is the skin of the grape that makes win red in the first place.
Research indicates that resvesterol acts like an anti-oxidant and prevents cancer and the occurrence of heart disease. Researchers have found that a high intake of resvesterol slows down the aging process. Now even though there are benefits to consuming alcohol in small quantities, it is not necessary to obtain resvesterol by drinking a glass of wine, this substance can also be found in blueberries and grapes.
Now, however, you can add resvesterol to your system through a supplement pill which contains much more resvesterol than you can consume through red wine or eating blueberries of grapes.
So why not reverse the effects of aging by adding resvesterol to your daily regimen.
