The party is over and people are making healthy New Year resolutions I decided it was safe to make a trip to the mall. It was easy to find a space parking in front of what appeared to be the health store largest food on Earth.

With a bit of time to kill, while women bought clothes for physical activity, began to read an ingredient of some labels to see what was really in those looking for feed formulations blasters strikingly low in carbohydrates, proteins and so-called health drinks. Okay, sounds pretty boring, but let me say that was an experience of eye opening. Really helped me appreciate all the natural foods and health drinks in my online store for health food. On my trip to the health food store I saw that there were no ingredients of items listed on drink bottles whole lot of water most of the vitamin.

Here are some other ingredients I saw the tag you choose to avoid when looking for healthy, all natural foods and beverages:

• Corn syrup fructose-rich crystalline fructose, and basically anything with sugar.
• Artificial sweeteners, especially aspartame and saccharin. Instead, I use stevia, the all-natural 0 calorie sweetener.
• Modified starch from corn. Almost all corn grown in the U.S. is now GMO (genetically modified organisms). Every time I see the word "modified" I have suspicions about his true nature.
• protein isolate – the body can not easily digest most protein drinks, as they usually do of "protein" isolated, which blocks the lymphatic system. Many athletes who seek nutrition are working to build muscle protein are guzzling drinks without understanding the consequences, or the real needs of the human body. They are being seduced by the photos of the wash board abs and biceps bulging into thinking the protein is good.
